14th HNC Save the Date Postcard

The 14th Hmong National Conference will serve as a bridge for the Appleton and greater Wisconsin community to the national Hmong community and will provide a forum for the professional development of Hmong and non-Hmong alike. Last year’s conference in Denver, Colorado drew over 500 attendees from all over the United States.

REGISTRATION POLICY & OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

Early Registration Deadline is March 13, 2009. Registration fees will increase after that date. See above chart for more information.

Refund Policy - Refunds, less a $50 administrative fee, will be issued if written requests are received by March 1, 2009. Due to financial obligations incurred HND will not issue any refunds for requests received after the deadline. Banquet tickets are non-refundable.

Payment Information -

  • *Late registration form & payment must be received before March 27, 2009. On-site registration will be in effect after March 27.
  • ** Students must submit proof of student status (for example a current student ID) with registration form and payment.
  • *** Elders are people over age 60.
  • ****Become an HND member and pay a discounted rate on your conference registration. HND membership must be current at time of registration. For organizations with membership, only 2 representatives from the organization may receive the 10% discount.
  • A $35 fee will be charged for bounced checks.
  • Credit Card Payments – Visit www.hndinc.org to make an online purchase. You need to sign up for a PayPal account online at www.PayPal.com to pay with a credit card. Note – the online event management service HND uses charges a 3% handling fee will be assessed for credit card payments.
  • Banquet tickets are limited. Priority is given to those who have paid. Reservation does not guarantee a ticket upon arrival.

Hotel Information — Radisson Paper Valley Hotel, Appleton, WI 54911. Reservations: (888) 201-1718 or (920) 733-8000. Please contact the hotel directly to make your reservations. Mention the Hmong National Conference to receive discount rate of $112 for single/double/triple/quad occupancy rooms (tax not included). Discounted rates available until March 15, 2009.
